b) Damaged or Defective Product:
You received a product that is visibly damaged or malfunctioning upon delivery.
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a refund:

The product must be returned in its original retail packaging, unused, undamaged, and with all original seals, labels, and accessories intact.

Change of Mind / Wrong Order
We understand that mistakes happen. If you changed your mind or placed an incorrect order, we may accept your return if:

Your cancellation request is received before the item has been shipped.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout once the returned item is inspected and approved.
