Eligible Return Reasons

You may request a refund if:

You received a product that is visibly damaged or malfunctioning upon delivery.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a refund:

  • The product must be returned in its original retail packaging, unused, undamaged, and with all original seals, labels, and accessories intact.

  • Products that show signs of tampering, use, or physical damage may not be eligible for a full refund.

  • You must request the return within 14 days of receiving the product.

Change of Mind / Wrong Order

We understand that mistakes happen. If you changed your mind or placed an incorrect order, we may accept your return if:

  • Your cancellation request is received before the item has been shipped.

  • The request must be submitted in writing to info@aresmassage.com and include your Order ID.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout once the returned item is inspected and approved.
