We will refund the price you paid for the products and credit the refund amount to your credit/account that you made payment with by returning the product, if you have received it in the following conditions:
- a) An incorrect product, meaning that you have received product that doesn’t match the features mentioned in the product page in the website
- b) A damaged / defective product
Please note that in order to successfully process your refund request, the product you will return should be in its original retail packaging (Sealed/Closed Box) and is not damaged or tampered in any condition. The seal of the item needs to be in a intact condition.
If you have changed your mind or placed a wrong order, we will only accept a refund under certain conditions:
- The refund request has to be received before we start the shipping procedures for the product
- The refund request has to be sent to info@aresmassage.com with the order ID mentioned in it
