Delivery Policy

Delivery Charges
Free delivery for:
– all massage chairs and massage sofas (only in Jordan)
– all orders inclusive of any massage chair or massage sofa (only in Jordan)
Note: Delivery will be made any time before 6pm. However any special delivery request such as a specific delivery timeslot will be subjected to an additional fee of $20.

Delivery Schedule
Our Customer Service Officers will contact you within 3-4 business days after you have placed your online order, to arrange for your delivery. Delivery is typically made within 4 to 5 business days after our acceptance of your order but subject to stock availability.
However for peak season period, delivery turn-around time is subjected to the availability of our delivery schedule.
Delivery will be done during office hours. Please provide your preferred delivery address during this period.
Signature upon delivery is required for all deliveries. If no one is available to receive and acknowledge the package at time of delivery, we will arrange with you for a second delivery to be made. There will be an additional delivery charge of $30 for each subsequent re-delivery, regardless of the total value of your purchase.
